Google Maps

All the eLGAR libraries have now been mapped onto the eLGAR Google Map, which can be accessed by logging into Google with our account name and password.

So please feel free to review the map. For each eLGAR library, the address is shown along side a brief description (where known). You can add/change the description provided according to what you find suitable.

Currently, the map has not been made public, mainly because it needs to go through a review exercise. Once that is done, we can make the map public so that anyone searching for eLGAR libraries on Google will come across that map. You can also use it on your library sites if need be.

Google Maps

We are half way through creating a Google Map which shows all the eLGAR libraries. This map will show the location of each eLGAR library and also have brief descriptions of each library. A standard tool for calculating distances is also included.

Having an eLGAR map is useful as a visual aid, as a location guide, and indeed, can even be incorporated into the library websites to show library locations!

Until the map is complete, it will only be accessible to those who log in with the eLGAR account. If you are interested in viewing the eLGAR Google map, please contact Prateek for the account name and password.
